Tender description

The aim of this commission is to ensure we have adequate oversight, advice, guidance, support and constructive input to the design of the new market offer, providing additional experience to the wider markets and development team through transition into the new market offer. The focus will be to review the current vision and test the model to ensure we have the best fit for Birkenhead Town Center supporting its current trader base along with advising ways to onboard new businesses. Being the SME in support of the Council they will challenge the status quo with our suppliers namely our JV Partner and ensure that the project aligns to the overall vision for the regeneration of Birkenhead Town.
