Tender description

The ASEAN Low Carbon Energy programme promotes inclusive economic growth in south east Asia through increased green finance flows for low carbon energy and more energy efficiency. Lot 1: Contract to provide policy support, capacity building and technical assistance to facilitate green finance flows and improve regulatory, policy and practical conditions for energy efficiency measures. The original route to market was via the Prosperity Fund Framework Additional information: FCDO will be extending the contract beyond the period published in the SOR. The extension period requested is exceeding the limit set in the SOR by 9 months, to 31 December 2022.
