Tender description
SCCUL Enterprise CLG seeks quotes from competent suppliers for a multi-disciplined technical consultancy services to realise an extension at SCCUL Enterprise CLG headquarters in Ballybane, Co. Galway. The technical consultant team will be required to provide relevant architect, engineering / quantity surveying / environmental consultancy services in respect of the design and delivery of this project. Please read Scope of Services and all tender document's provided, PLEASE NOTE: The successful tenderer must be in a position to provide this service with immediate effect. In line with our funding obligations, we require this contract to take no more than 18 months to include the full construction phase/handover.
