Tenders are invited for a competent third-party grant distributor partner to support the Council with the delivery and implementation of a vehicle retrofit/replacement within St Helens Borough. St Helens Borough Council has been awarded £650,000 by the Department of Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs to spend on the project. The project will focus on encouraging operators to take the worst-polluting commercial vehicles off the road by providing grants towards part of the costs of retrofitting or replacing them. In doing so, the Council is seeking to deliver improved air quality both within our borough and beyond, while supporting local businesses No tender documents will be sent to you – you need to navigate to the “my opportunities” section and download the documents from the Chest website.
