Tender description

TU Dublin Requirements: 6 axis articulate robot with a 30kg lifting capacity on full extension and a minimum reach of 2 metres (1 off) 6 axis articulate robotic training cell with a minimum of 3kg lifting capacity on full extension (4 off) 2 axis rotary table. Axis one should have a minimum rotational range of + 180 degrees to -180 degrees. Axis two having a minimum range of tilt from -90 degree to+ 90 degree. Minimum rated payload of 400 kg (1 off) 7 axis collaborative robot (1 off). Driven tooling for both subtractive and additive processing to be supplied, fitted and tested on the robot and also supplied fitted and tested on the existing robot currently in use in TU Dublin (1 off). Safety Cell must enclose two 30kg, 6 axis articulated robots as described above, and the two axis rotary table. The cell must protect against flying debris from the driven tooling on the robot (1 off). All items must have CE Certification. All Items must be supplied, fitted, commissioned and tested.
