Currently, Torus have circa 15,000 active Direct Debits (DD) with customers, this is managed by both the Income Team and Finance Rent Control Team. Torus seeking input from third party providers that can manage our Direct Debit collections with the aim to improve customer experience, streamline the existing systems and processes, along with improving rent collection. As part of this process Torus is conducting a Soft Market Test to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.
