Tender description
Meath County Council are seeking vacant buildings to upgrade into residential accommodation units. This project will consist of the design, tender and construction of a number of vacant units. Depending on the site, planning permission may also be required for this proposal. The Client (Meath County Council) is now seeking to procure the full Consultancy Services required for Stages (ii) Detailed Design to (v) Handover of these schemes.
