<p>Requirement?</p> <p>This contract is for Highways maintenance including capital schemes and related services as specified on behalf of Rutland County Council.</p> <p>Term?</p> <p>The initial term of the contract will be ten years approx. with the option to extend for two periods of five years each, making the maximum possible term of the contract twenty years (10+5+5=20 yrs.). The contract will commence 1st June 2024 and the initial term will end 31st March 2023 (9 yrs. and 10 months).</p> <p>Value?</p> <p>The estimated annual contract value is up to £3.7m approx. and therefore the estimated value of the initial term of the contract is up to £3.7m approx. x 10 years = up to £37m approx. and for the maximum possible term of the contract £3.7m approx. x (10+5+5 =) 20 yrs. = up to £74m approx.</p> <p>Inflation?</p> <p>There will be an annual inflation uplift in line with CPI.</p> <p>TUPE will apply to this contract.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Highways Maintenance
