<p>The purpose of this RFI is to allow CAF to assess supplier responses and use the resultant assessments in future decision making in sourcing a CAF wide process for signing off Product and Marketing changes. CAF is looking to source a solution/ tool that will automate the tracking of comments, signoffs and approvals related to Product/Marketing changes. The purpose of the initiative is to: - Ensure consistency of sign off, so the right changes are signed off by the right stakeholders at the right time, consistently across CAF - Ensure we have a searchable audit trail for change artefacts and sign offs. We wish to remove the need for manual/email approval and increase transparency and efficiency in the review/sign-off process.</p> Keywords: approval automation, approval process software
