Quarterly Economic Survey - Leading Indicator Intelligence

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority wishes to procure a quarterly indicator survey of business intelligence to provide timely insight on business confidence and performance across the Leeds City Region. The Combined Authority is seeking data on business performance, sentiment and confidence, as well as high level insight into key/current issues. The data will be used to inform our understanding of the economic performance of Leeds City Region ahead of the publication of official data, contributing to wider reporting on the economy to the Local Enterprise Partnership and other key audiences. The data could be sourced from a bespoke survey, or draw from existing sources such as established surveys. Data is required on a quarterly basis for a contract period of three years, with the option to extend by a year at the Combined Authority. The expected budget for this piece of work is around £6,000 - £7,000 per quarter
