Tender description

These services will include, but will not be limited to: - Design and content development of advertisements. - Design, content development and print of programme promotional collateral. - Design, content development and print of booklets and brochures. - Design, content development and print of invitations to events. - Design, content development and print of event menus. - Design, content development of PowerPoint presentations. - Design, content development of email marketing platform Mailchip. - Design, content development and print of necessary event signage/banners for the Local Enterprise Office Donegal. - Management of each assignment from start to finish. - Design and content development of graphics for use on website, social media and digital marketing. - Social media and website content creation and management to ensure content is up-to-date, functional and designed consistently. - Knowledge and understanding of Ptools content management system to ensure LEO Donegal website is updated as required. - Knowledge and understanding of Donegal Stories content management system to ensure Donegal Stories website is updated as required. - Capacity to develop digital flipbooks of all brochures. - Concept creation, design and campaign development across multiple online platforms. - Concept creation, design and campaign development across traditional media platforms. - Manage print production and ensure delivery deadlines are strictly adhered to. - Creation of a strong visual identity together with the use of imaginative and innovative story telling to help to highlight and advertise the LEO Donegal vision, mission, objectives and strategic priorities. - Completion of any other assignments as provided from time to time by LEO Donegal
