Tender description
PHSO have developed and published a range of public facing documents. Collectively, these documents outline guidance and recommendations regarding what constitutes a good complaint handling experience for complainants, and also the standards to which PHSO should hold itself to. Each of these have been in existence for a number of years. We therefore want to undertake a review of these documents to assess their ongoing relevance and ensure their continuing efficacy. The intention of this review is to provide some initial research findings which will inform more in-depth pieces of work to fully refresh and consult on revised and updated documentation in the future.
