The Department of Health, Strategic Performance and Planning Group (SPPG) aim to procure the following service - Provision and facilitation of Project ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) knowledge networks across Northern Ireland working in partnership with HSC ECHO Support Infrastructure. • The SPPG is completing this process as a way of engaging with the market to outline its proposals for the key elements of the service, its procurement plans and requirements in advance of any formal tender process. • The attached Market Engagement Paper sets out the key elements of the service requirement and the proposed procurement process.
