Tender description
The Department of Electronic & Computer Engineering at the University of Limerick request the supply a of Hand Held Portable X-ray Fluorescence spectrometer with the option to purchase a suitable workstation / stand (if not already included) for holding the spectrometer and provide radiation shielding when it is in operation. This instrument will be primarily used for analysis of WEEE plastics and metals for the purposes of de-pollution during recycling. It will also be used for characterising WEEE for the purpose of life cycle assessment.
