HS2 Ltd is seeking to procure a single, central, spatially integrated data and document management system to support the land referencing services, in a software-as-a-service type solution that will deliver the following: • Single spatially enabled integrated data and document management solution, accessible to all suppliers of land referencing services; • Data consistent with the HS2 specifications; and • Referential integrity between suppliers’ datasets. The purpose of this Period Indicative Notice (PIN) is to provide the market advanced notice of HS2's proposed procurement and to seek Expression of Interest (EOIs) from the market for this opportunity. In order to submit an Expression of Interest, please see Section VI.3 (Additional Information) of this notice for further details on how to do this. Lot 1: The Supplier shall provide a software solution that fulfils HS2's requirements with all support, maintenance, training and implementation conducted by the Supplier as part of the service offering. It is estimated that HS2 will require access for up to 6 land referencing suppliers as well as HS2 access for the purpose of assurance. Please note that these figures are only estimates and can be subject to change depending on HS2 requirements.
