HS2 Ltd is seeking to procure a single, central, spatially integrated data and document management system to support the land referencing services, in a software-as-a-service type solution that will deliver the following: - Single spatially enabled integrated data and document management solution, accessible to all suppliers of land referencing services; - Data consistent with the HS2 specifications; and - Referential integrity between suppliers' datasets. The purpose of this Early Engagement Notice is to provide the market advanced notice of HS2's proposed procurement and to seek Expression of Interest (EOIs) from the market for this opportunity. Each expression of interest must state the supplier's name and contact details of a nominated point of contact so that HS2 Ltd can contact the supplier if required.
