<p>All interested parties must respond to the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ), published in parallel to this advert by the closing time and date of 12:00 on 20th January 2023.&nbsp;</p> <p>Procurement of an IT solution (s) or solutions that enable the Transform programme's objectives to ensure Customer and Local Services (CLS) can deliver it's mission of ‘making it easy for customers’ through modernisation of its services and systems.</p> <p>A government services software solution is required to enable a customer self-service portal and back-end staff administration capability to include but not limited to Case Management, Workflow Management, Customer Relationship Management, Dynamic e-forms management, configurable rules engine, payments and finance management, customer analytics etc.&nbsp; See PQQ for full list of solution capabilities.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our customer strategy aims to deliver ACE+ customer services and experiences; Accessible, Consistent, Easy to use and Think Ahead.
