Tender description
The Council requires a bespoke piece of work using the 3D model. This is a bespoke engagement project that will provide information and explanation for some of the council's active travel projects. The requirement will be an informative video and an interactive 'game' as part of the 3D platform. This piece of work needs to engage with the Council's 3D model which is operated by Digital Urban.
