The HRB is a statutory agency under the aegis of the Department of Health. The HRB is Ireland’s lead public funding agency supporting innovative health research and delivering data and evidence that improves people’s health and patient care. The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite tenderers to provide Catering services for a three (3) year contract. This tender will be used to provide catering services to accommodate Board meetings, RSF Panel meetings, training sessions, meetings of both our domestic and international partners, as well as external hosting’s. The successful tenderer must be able to deliver the following for events of up to 70 attendees: Breakfast • Selection of breakfast pastries – scones, croissants, muffins, Danish with butter and jams • Individual bottles of orange juice Lunch • Sandwich platters: • Standard breads and baguette style mixed filling sandwiches • Luxury and standard bread style mixed filled sandwiches • Finger bakes • Individual mini cakes • Crisps • Flasks of tea or boiling water and a selection of teabags • Flasks of coffee On Occasion: • Cold meat platters • Vegetarian platters • Selection of salads • Hot dishes for buffet • Hot and cold finger food It is expected that the service will also provide substitute options of the above for individuals who may live with allergies, including but not limited to, being nuts, eggs, or being coeliac. In addition, crockery & waiting staff may be required.
