BCH have an established in-house Estates & Facilities model responsible for the management and delivery of Hard and Soft FM services to the majority of the Trust's estates portfolio. BCH recognise that the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) solution is key to the success of the Estates & Facilities model.
