Tender description

The Council requires a contractor who can provide a fully managed service for the recruitment, induction, training and management of the operational labour resource required to run the MRF. Back office support functions for audit, compliance, payroll, HR and IT are also required. There will be additional requirements for other Amgen Cymru managed facilities including, but not limited to, the sort shed, mattress facility, landfill, various Community Recycling Centres across the Council and other RCT sites Lot 1: The Council requires a contractor who can provide a fully managed service for the recruitment, induction, training and management of the operational labour resource required to run the MRF.
