Tender description

The West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is currently drafting its isCGM/rtCGM policy, formulary and implementation strategy. We would like to review, as part of this process, any technologies that are readily available in the UK market. In order to help us gather the information needed for this work and to ensure equity of access for the population of West Yorkshire ICB, we would ask any companies with a technology that would fulfil the description of isCGM or rtCGM detailed in the NICE guidelines NG28, NG17, NG18, NG3 to complete the questionnaire attached in pqq_30 by 12 noon on 6th January 2023. This is NOT a procurement exercise.
