This PIN is a market sounding exercise to identify suppliers in the marketplace who can provide Instrument Flight Procedures Design Services which meet the IAA’s requirements. Please be advised this is not a call for competition and IAA are not seeking tenders in this regard. The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) is a Commercial Semi-State Body authorised by the Irish Government to regulate Air Navigation within Irish Airspace, and to provide, where appropriate, Air Navigation Services (ANS) and facilities such as Communication, Navigation, Surveillance and Air Traffic Management systems. The IAA ANSP is also responsible for the development and management of Instrument Flight Procedures (IFPs) at Dublin, Cork & Shannon International Airports.
