<p>Salford City Council requires the services of a professional event management company to develop and manage a contemporary music event/ small festival within Swinton town centre and the immediate locality.</p> <p>The event would aim to promote Swinton positively and raise its profile. It will aim to support local pride in the town, while also attracting audiences/visitors from beyond Swinton.
