The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking to award a Single Supplier Framework Agreement (all terms established) and invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers of clinical management systems (CMS) for the supply, modification (if necessary), installation, integration, implementation, hosting, data migration (if necessary) and on-going support of a Clinical Management System for Specialised Care Services (CMS-SCS) throughout the Irish Health Service.
