Revenues, Benefits & Customer Services - LATCo/Shared Service Delivery Vehicle Evaluation

<p>Thanet District Council is seeking to procure an experienced consultant to advise on the appropriate service delivery vehicle of a returning (currently outsourced) collection of related services.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Contract supports the return of Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services activity on behalf of Thanet District Council, Canterbury City Council and Dover District Council which have been delivered in a shared environment for 10 years, with the last 4 years being successfully outsourced to Civica UK Ltd. As a result of a strategic divestment, these services are now returning to Local Authority control and the most efficient and viable delivery model is required to secure the long term future of these services.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Contract is anticipated to commence in January 2023 for a duration of 1 month.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to this notice and available for suppliers to download and complete according to instructions contained.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations.
