Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified main contractors to undertake refurbishment and alterations works to 2 no. property addresses (x10 flats). The scope of works includes roof removal, parapet wall, structural underpinning, installation of Air Source Heating solution, new kitchen and bathroom installation, electrical rewiring, rendering, tanking, drainage repairs, replacement of linings and new doors. There are also extensive structural alterations requiring temporary supports as well as facilitating works for new flooring and walling in the properties. The scope of works is an outline only and is not intended to be a detailed schedule of all works involved or a detailed specification. The scope of work should be read in conjunction with the contract drawings provided. All works are to be carried out in compliance with Statutory Regulations, British Standards, Codes of Practice, and Manufacturer's Specifications to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator (CA). The contractor should include all work necessary to complete the design intention.
