Without prejudice to competition in the marketplace, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being used to invite interested economic operators to participate in market consultation in respect of all aspects of Serviced Public Conveniences in Dublin City Centre. The purpose of this market consultation is to examine and consider the various technical and commercial options which are available to us to allow us to develop specifications to ensure that any future tender process delivers the optimum solution to Dublin City Council before commencing a tendering process.
