Tender description

A hundred year old building has a new roof at the back of the building. It needs a new roof at the front of the building now. It needs the original ornate tiles put back on the top of the building also. Also at the back of the building there needs to be an emergency door put in place from the store room. Some earth has to be taken out and a new pathway must be put in so as to get to a safe designation area.
