This is a prior information notice (PIN) to notify the market of SEAI’s intention to publish a Request for Tender to establish four multi-party framework agreements for the provision of expert services in support of SEAI’s Business Programmes Teams. SEAI's Business programmes offer a range of support services to the business community in Ireland. The emphasis is on supporting organisations to improve their energy efficiency and decarbonise their businesses; thereby reducing costs, enhancing a company’s reputation, increasing competitiveness, and attracting and retaining staff. Current programmes offer relationship management support, mentoring, networking, training and financial supports. The estimated total budget for the framework is approximately €5 million excluding VAT. The maximum term of the framework including extensions will be 4 years. Please do not respond to this notice.
