Tender description

Development and roll-out of package of resources to Trust maternity units to improve inclusion of trans and non-binary people accessing maternity services. Expansion and roll-out following pilot of package to NHS trusts around trans and non-binary pregnancy in 40 providers with 15 early implementers and 25 additional providers. The package will include: a) Broad training and educational resources - combination of online and paper resources around trans and non-binary pregnancy and how to treat this community safely and successfully within NHS maternity services. b) Delivery of training sessions to staff in trust c) Support in improving forms and patient materials from experts in gender inclusion. Access to advice around supporting trans and non-binary patients in the involved period. Continued evaluation and improvement of package during period.
