National Grid is looking for suppliers who wish to be included in the below tender. Please ensure that your registration is completed in time for when the tender will go live on the 3rd January 2023 National Grid looks to enhance its performance culture by increasing employee engagement through the Global Recognition Programme. The Company currently operates a single programme across the UK and US combining both non-cash recognition (points with a dollar value), milestone awards (aka Long Service, Service Anniversary) and informal 'Thank-yous', 'Shout Outs' in the form of electronic cards. Global Capability - The program will be available across the whole National Grid organisation, including our Belgium employees who do not currently participate in the programme but may as part of this tender. They would need to be accommodated in Euros. In addition to companies/employees not managed in our Success Factors HRIS system. The catalogues, languages, and local customer service support are restricted to the United Kingdom and the United States. SUPPLIER is expected to deliver expertise in the Recognition arena to demonstrate their knowledge of the market, as well as superior customer service capability with availability via a toll-free phone number and email, during UK and US business hours. a PQQ will be run through Ariba. All suppliers will need to have access to Ariba to participate. If you do not currently have access to Ariba please note this in your response.
