Tender description
The School of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for a Process Control System (PCS) for a pilot-scale water test bed. Specifically, we are looking for the hardware, software and custom control system, complete with graphical Human Machine Interface (HMI), for the bespoke water test bed. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
