Tender description

The original procurement was a further competition (reference MT0958) against the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium framework agreement Servers, Storage and Solutions National Agreement (SSSNA) Ref: 2016/2 Lot 3B. This contract amendment is for an upgrade of the existing DiRAC3 MPP High Performance Computing system purchased through that further competition, and is being conducted as a direct award against the same SSSNA agreement, (call-off reference DA0183) comprising an additional 64 GPU nodes and associated racking, networking and storage, all as provided for in the original invitation to tender reference MT0958 (PCS Contract Award Notice Ref:639916).
