CP2304-22 Masterplan Architect for LDO planning

Tender description

Devon County Council has decided to review the existing approach for delivery of the remainder of the Skypark site, in the context of the current and likely future market and demographic dynamics. The starting assumption is that a different mix of uses is likely to be relevant, a change from the current weighting of the scheme to offices. The aim is to inform the development and issue of a Local Development Order (LDO) in collaboration with East Devon district Council (EDDC) to define the future parameters of the site and to review following consultation with EDDC. DCC therefore wants to procure Architectural Services who will review the existing approved Site Wide Design Code, Masterplan and Parameter Plans to produce a Parameter plan and Design Code document which will accompany the LDO.
