Consultancy for Contract Management Transformation Programme

Tender description

The Contract Management Transformation Programme (CMTP) has been launched by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) Commercial Function to address the outcome of the self-assessment and manage and mitigate the risk outlined in MaPS strategic risk register. The aim of CMTP is two-fold: - To increase the commercial capabilities of operational contract managers and contract owners in the organisations - To expand the role of the commercial function to support contract management activity for gold contracts. Therefore MaPS needs to engage an external consultancy to deliver the following requirements for the CMTP: Priority one - Develop an accurate contract register Priority two - Raise awareness on and clarify roles and responsibilities Priority three - Developing contract management capabilities These requirements must be delivered for the programme by mid-March 2023.
