Cheshire West and Chester Council is currently considering options for a bereavement services management software system and is testing the market to establish if there are suitable providers that can provide a system of this type. The system will be the primary business system used by the Cemeteries and Crematorium Team and will allow the team to comply with statutory requirements relating to cremations, burials and memorials whilst at the same time operate efficiently and effectively in a customer-focused way.
