Tender description

<p>The Council is looking to appoint a single contractor to undertake its Emergency Out of hours Service between the hours of 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday and at all times over weekends and bank holidays. The contractor will be the first point of call for all phone and emails identifying incidents in the borough. The contractor will log incidents onto the Council’s CRM system Firmstep following set procedures for each type of incident and forward onto the relevant Council officer/contractor etc.</p> Keywords: Emergency out of hours, Emergency, Out of hours
