Tender description
Extending the ability of the current SEM to accommodate the changes in wafer metrics and provide a system with sub nanometre image resolving power. Under Regulation Reg 6(4)(b) of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016, a contracting authority may award a contract without competition based on the following justification: For the purchase of additional goods, where the University would have compatibility issues or disproportionate technical difficulties in purchasing from a party other than original supplier.
