Tender description
Pembrokeshire County Council are reopening the Supported Living Framework and invite you to submit a bid. Service Providers will be given the opportunity to tender for two separate Lots. Lot 1 is for Service Users with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical & Sensory Disability Lot 2 is for Service Users with Mental Ill-Health Value as stated below is per annum across the Framework. Lot 1: Service Users with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical & Sensory Disability To provide a Supported Living Service for Service Users with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical & Sensory Disabilities who live singly or jointly in their homes in the community. Lot 2: Service Users with Mental Ill-Health To provide a Supported Living Service for Service Users with Mental Ill-Health who live singly or jointly in their homes in the community.
