Tender description
DCU is seeking tenders for the provision of smart technologies. These are to be used for a research project under the NEX Homecare System. The scope of this project is to get a sense of how older adults interact with their home and their environment with the use of fixed and wearable technologies and to encourage social interaction with others. The research team will then use this information to identify when the health of older adults may have negatively affected their ability to live independently. Where this is the case additional home help would be provided to the older adult. This tender process is split into five lots. Suppliers may tender for individual or multiple lots.
