Firrin Foods Ltd. wish to seek tenders for the supply & installation of Equipment as follows: A packaging machine for the meat processing industry to include the following: - Vacuum pump system. - Evacuation system. - Film unwind system. - Cutting system. - Trim removal system. - Forming station. - Sealing station. - Labelling Top & Bottom. - Pack Stacker. - Conveying & converging system. - Transport system. - Manuals. Full specifications as per document attached. Quotation should include lead time. Quotations are to remain valid for 90 days. If there are any items in the Specification that are different to that of which you are Quoting for please highlight it when you tender. Similarly if there are items that you can’t Quote for please highlight them. Second-Hand Equipment will be considered for the tender. Awarding of the tender will be based on the following scoring: - After Sales Service/Training 40% - Cost 50% - Warranty 10% Awarding of the contract is subject to the successful application for funding. Closing date for submission of tenders is Friday 25th February 2022 at 12noon. All quotes must include the following: - Be titled a QUOTATION & not an order, an invoice, a pro-forma or any other name; - Include a quote number or reference; - Include the name, address & contact details of the person, organisation, business or company providing the quote; - Include the VAT registration number of the provider if registered for VAT; - The details of the individual items and individual aspects to which the quote refers should be clearly specified and set out in the quote; - The cost of all individual elements / items should then be added to give a total net cost (MUST be in EURO); - The VAT rate & amount should be clearly identified, should be calculated & included clearly & separately on the quote; - The total cost (including VAT) on the quotation should also appear; - Quotations received in hard copy MUST be signed and dated.
