Tender description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP), on behalf of the Growth Hubs/LEPs across Yorkshire (the Region), is seeking to commission research into SME understanding and engagement of the net zero agenda. The research will combine a desk-based literature review and stakeholder interviews and should focus on key sectors within the Yorkshire economy.
