Request for Tender for the Provision of Contract Cleaning Services at St. Attracta’s National School, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon

Proposals from Tenderers are being sought to provide a comprehensive cleaning service to the Secondary School facility at St. Attracta’s National School, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider. The School requires the provision of a professional cleaning service to the school, at competitive prices. A high quality, flexible and responsive service is required combined with continuous improvement and innovation for the remaining weeks of the year on which the school operates. The service provider must be able to begin service as soon as is possible, as the school is currently without a service provider. Cleaning to be provided from 3.30pm sharp Monday to Friday during the school term. A working supervisor/team leader is required to be present on the school premises daily as part of the minimum two-member cleaning team with responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the cleaning personnel and the closing of the building. From time to time there may be additional requirements for special attention and preparation in relation to special events. Examples would include but not limited to: - Presentation evenings - Graduation ceremonies - Parent teacher meetings - Sporting events Such events will be notified by the client well in advance highlighting the requirements. SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY The Contracting Authority will facilitate Tenderers by permitting an inspection of the Contracting Authority’s premises. A site visit to view the Contracting Authority’s premises or facilities at St. Attracta’s National School, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon shall be organised and can be confirmed by emailing; secretary@stattractasns.com in advance (at least 48hrs in advance) to take place commencing the week of the 7th February 2022 between the hours of 15:15 hrs and 17:45hrs. This site visit is a mandatory part of the tender submission. Tenders received from companies who have not attended a site visit will not be included in the evaluation process.
