<p>Carlisle City Council (CaCC) is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary consultancy with considerable experience in urban design, landscape architecture, community engagement in placemaking and in project management to support delivery of the project (Reimagining the Market Square/Greenmarket).</p> <p>This will require delivery of the following services:-</p> <p>Options assessment, design development and procurement of a design and build contractor</p> <ol> <li>Producing conceptual options highlighted during the development of the Future High Street (FHS) business case to Riba Stage 2 designs for deliverable commercially viable options for a defined area.</li> <li>Producing outputs that will ensure we are delivering a scheme is that fit for purpose by undertaking engagement and involvement in place making with the local community, businesses and city centre groups.</li> <li>Developing a preferred option with a RIBA 2 design, programme, budget, expenditure profile and risk register to demonstrate deliverability.</li> </ol> <p>For more details and the full tender pack please register your interest in this opportunity.</p> Keywords: Consultancy, Urban Design, Placemaking
