<p>Refurbishment Internal &amp; External QVMH Heron Ward</p> <p>Description Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the refurbishment (internal and external) of Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital Heron Ward (Phase 2) Bidders must: Be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with "verified" status and provide their registration number with their bid submission. Site Visits: The dates and times of the site visits are:- 28 February 2022 - 10.00 and 14.00 and 1 March 2022 - 10.00 - and 14.00 *Please note that only 3 suppliers with 3 representatives from each supplier can attend the hourly site visits. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis following publication of the ITT documentation on the 15 February, and suppliers will be advised if they have been successful in securing a place on a site visit slot via the portal. Please note that site visits are subject to change due to Covid restrictions and any changes will be advised via the portal. Type of Contract: JCT Minor Works Building Contract (2016 Edition) Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted via the Procontract procurement portal (Proactis) under Opportunity Number DN594978.
