Tender description
<p>The attached Market Testing Questionnaire (MTQ) seeks information relating to the provision of SAP support services.</p> <p>Warrington Borough Council (the “Council”) requires support services for the Council’s SAP software and estate from an appropriately accredited SAP support provider.</p> <p>The Council’s internal SAP support team provide first level technical and SAP support. Incidents and change requests that cannot be resolved internally would be escalated to the SAP support services provider’s service desk for investigation and resolution. The support would also include the application of Service Packs and monthly vulnerability patching, as appropriate.</p> <p>The information provided in response to this MTQ is for research purposes only (and will be treated in the strictest confidence) to inform a future procurement process.</p> Keywords: SAP Consultancy Services, SAP Technical Support Services
