Tender description

We require a contractor to undertake Key Holding Services for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within Inverclyde. RCH require 24/7 service availability throughout the year. The Key Holding Service will be informed by an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) of any alarm activations and must be capable of attending the site within 20 minutes of the call being received from the ARC. The Key Holding Service will be required to reset the Fire Alarm, following clearance from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. River Clyde Homes (RCH) are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent firm to undertake the role as Project Architect (Design Consultancy) for re-cladding works that are required at Prospecthill Court, a high rise property in Greenock.
