Private Housing Data analysis

Tender description

To ensure best practise and to inform the East Lothian Local Housing Strategy, East Lothian Council are seeking to procure a service which will provide quarterly statistics on a range of private sector housing topics. The following information is required; Sale of owner-occupied properties: date first list, date sold, address and postcode, advertised asking price, purchase price, property type (including size/number of beds), accessibility features (i.e. wheelchair accessible, adapted bathroom etc), energy efficiency features (EPC rating, heating type, Dble glazing, solar panels etc). Private Rented Properties: Address and postcode, property type (including size and beds), cost of deposit required, rent per month, type of let (long term or short term let, holiday let or regular short term let), full property let or room available, whether it is accessible to those on LHA/benefit, Energy Efficiency features (EPC, Double Glazing etc), adaptations (wet floor shower, wheelchair accessible etc), date first listed, date let.
