Preparation of a ‘Town Centre First Plan’ for Enfield, Co. Meath as the initial contract following a competitive process. Meath County Council also proposes establishment of a framework agreement on foot of this process. A framework agreement constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions in accordance with which, for a specified duration, individual contracts may or may not be awarded. This competition relates to the establishment of a multi-party framework with three economic operators. Thereafter that three economic operators being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework.
